Sally FairmanSally Fairman - Executive Director
Sally has over 15 years of theatre experience as an actress, writer, director, and producer co-winning the Jury Award for her short play “Two Heterosexual Men” at the HBO Comedy Arts Festival, Aspen in 1997. She has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She was an ESL Teacher at Columbia University for ten years, and after moving to Los Angeles in 1998, became a proposal writer and manager for Hitech Systems, Inc., a public safety software vendor. After four years of volunteering as a grant writer and workshop facilitator, Sally held the positions of Lead Artist, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager for US. She has also produced plays independently.

Priscilla JaworskiPriscilla Jaworski – Managing Director
Priscilla graduated from USC in 2003 with a degree in Foreign Affairs and Theatre. Her background with youth includes experience at the California Science Center as an actress in educational shows and a licensed early childhood music development Music Together teacher through Princeton University. She began as a volunteer for US in 2005 and got hooked right away! In her short time, she's already been a part of producing 14 US productions as either Props Manager, Teaching Artist, Associate Producer and Program Coordinator. Recently, she was promoted Managing Director and is eager to continue her work with US. She's a current member of the American for the Arts Emerging Leader Chapter of Los Angeles.

Melissa DentonMelissa Denton - Program Director
Melissa is an actor, director and teaching artist who recently returned to Los Angeles from New York City. Melissa has provided voices for animation series on Nickelodeon and was the official voice for the 1996 Olympic character. Her film and TV credits include Seinfeld, Mad TV and Sex and the City. Melissa comes to US with 14 years of experience in arts organizations, including The Roundabout Theatre Company in New York.
