The idea of collaboration truly defines US. Our youth’ pride-worthy achievement of creating an original play together is at the heart of every theatre residency AND it’s the secret to our 25-year track record. With our community partners, our students’ families, and our tireless staff and volunteers–we are all stronger because we work deeply together. And as a result, our young people grow stronger too.

And our exceptional teaching team does so much more than provide typical arts education. As true educators & mentors they work alongside our kids, moving through the process with them, especially when it gets hard. Together, they build deep wells of self-confidence, inner-strength and hope for those who need it most. And it works! Research shows that students involved in the arts have better attendance, stronger participation in other school activities and are more likely to be recognized for academic achievements.
